This role is responsible for advanced system administration, infrastructure optimization, incident resolution, and engineering support in complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
• Lead monitoring and health assessments of enterprise infrastructure and mission systems
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex system, network, and virtualization issues
• Execute and oversee system patching, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management
• Drive incident response coordination, root cause analysis, and resolution documentation
• Partner with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to plan and execute engineering activities
• Provide cybersecurity compliance support and audit readiness assistance
• Identify inefficiencies and implement system performance optimizations
• Mentor junior administrators and support operational best practices
