Job Description
  • At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture.
  • Should have knowledge on various IDAM product.
  • At Least 7 Years of experience working with Oracle Identity & Access Management.
  • Should be excellent communication skills, Presentation skills, Stakeholder management skills.
  • He/she should require to own end to end Major/critical Incidents and drive it's resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the service.
  • Should be able to participate in incidents management meeting, handle the crisp customer communication over email/call, should be able to update status to customer leadership tea.
  • Financial Domain Knowledge.
  • Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving technology focused environment. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skill.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
  • Ability to Connect and manage client.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience in IT Security
