Job Summary
Assist the Information Security team with completing day-to-day management and administration of access controls. Implement security across University resources including operating systems, databases and applications such as Active Directory, Unix, SQL, and other related services. Manage, monitor and troubleshoot access governance processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with requirements and regulations set forth at the University, state and local government levels.
Responsibilities
  • Provide provisioning, de-provisioning, and accounts management and services across multiple platforms
  • Execute and supports access and governance processes and reviews
  • Assist customers with access issues, request submissions, and other issues related to identity and data access security
  • Participate in role management development
  • Work with the Information Security officers and team to address security issues, audit requests, and information gathering for incidents and investigations as it relates to accounts management and access
  • Responsible for continuous review and process improvement for all services provided to both internal and external constituents in relation to accounts management, review and audit
  • Provide statistics and supporting information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends relating to IAM

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge and experience with various regulatory requirements including: HIPPA and FERPA standards as well as the ITIL control framework

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with PowerShell and building automated processes
  • Helpdesk or call center experience

Proposed Salary
$22.36 - $27.95 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
