Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Nights ICQA Team Lead supports QVC and HSN and coordinates team member activities across fulfillment operations. In this role, you will pull and review reports to monitor performance, and provide coaching to help improve productivity, quality, and safety outcomes. You will also support and communicate training programs, standard procedures, and company values to foster a positive, supportive, and productive work environment. In addition, you may adjust team member work assignments as needed and step in to perform operational tasks when required. You will report to the ICQA Area Manager.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

Assist the Area Manager in setting daily and weekly team assignments.

Facilitate movement of team members throughout the shift to meet operational needs.

Communicate with the Area Manager about department activities and issues.

Recommend process improvements and identify operational deficiencies that could improve workflow.

Ensure team members follow company procedures throughout the building.

Provide coaching and on-the-job training to support team member development.

Share performance feedback with the Area Manager to support evaluations and follow-up actions.

Identify, report, and communicate area trends to leadership.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior leadership experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of fulfillment center processes.

You will be dependable, and self-motivated.

You will display strong communication skills and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

You will to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and collaborate across teams.

Proficiency with technology and office software.

You will handle confidential information with discretion.

You will be trained in forklift operation, if required.

Ability to stand for up to 10 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs independently.
