Zelienople, PA. Part-Time. Daylight shift; 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., some evening hours when needed.

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
Licensed personal care community with accommodations for 29 individuals needing more support with activities of daily living. Located near the Benbrook Medical Center Complex in Butler, PA. Comfortable and home-like environment offering a person-centered approach to care.
The Life Enrichment Coordinator is significant to the Abundant Life mission of Lutheran SeniorLife, the Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the management, organization, implementation and evaluation of ASPIRE Wellness dimensions (active, spiritual, purposeful, intellectual, relational and expressive) under the guidance of the Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) / Assisted Living Administrator (ALA).
Qualifications
Life Enrichment Coordinator requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification through Pennsylvania Therapeutic Recreation Society (PTRS) or National Association of Activity Professionals (NAAP) preferred.
