This role requires proven experience successfully managing a large-scale program comprising multiple projects. To excel in this role, you should have a strong track record of planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out programs in support of an agency's mission, along with recognized project management credentials.Responsibilities• Lead the planning, initiation, execution, management, and closeout of complex healthcare programs. • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government, providing executive-level communication, status reporting, and issue resolution.• Support VA in achieving targeted program goals, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, timelines, and performance metrics. • Provide oversight of program scope, schedule, cost, and risk management, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and quality standards. • Coordinate and integrate activities across multiple teams, stakeholders, and functional areas within a large healthcare system. • Establish and maintain governance structures, performance tracking, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize program impacts and ensure continuity of operations. • Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, VA policies, and industry best practices. • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance program delivery, efficiency, and outcomes. Required education, skills, and experience• Bachelor's degree• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar in quality• Experience in planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of a federal agency's mission• Minimum of four years' experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably a large Health Care organizationAdditional requirements• Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Additional Information: At Rios Partners, we believe that when our team thrives, our company thrives.
