Landscape Irrigation Technician

Reports to: Landscape Irrigation Service Manager


Summary/Objective

Manage the service account base by servicing the needs of our clients, while maintaining a positive

and proactive relationship. Work alone and with others to perform services in a professional, efficient,

and effective fashion.


Duties and Accountabilities

• Complete tasks as assigned and in a manner instructed by supervisor

• Coordinate day to day activities with supervisor and manage schedule accordingly

• Follow best safety practices

• Maintain positive and proactive client and coworker relationships

• Assist supervisor in monitoring assigned sites, looking for and suggesting opportunities to

improve irrigation system(s) performance and serviceability

• Report needed additional equipment, personnel, materials, or tools that may be required to

achieve goals or expectations

• Report immediately, any damage or loss to assigned equipment, materials, or tools

• Maintain and timely submit all information required for recordkeeping and billing in an accurate

and professional manner

• Participate in planning and execution of snow & ice services

• Actively pursue and achieve career-based educational opportunities

• Additional duties as assigned
