Job description

Role:IBM TM1 Planning Analytics

Location:SAN DIEGO CA OR REMOTE IF WORKING IN PST TIME AND WILLING TO TRAVEL IN 4-6 WEEKS

Duration:Long Term Contract

IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) โ€“ cubes, rules, feeders, TI processes

โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models, including cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and feeders

โ€ข Build and support TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for data loading, transformations, validations, and automation

โ€ข Develop and enhance Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and/or PA for Excel (PAfE) content

โ€ข Support planning use cases such as Budget, Forecast, OPEX, Revenue, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

โ€ข Implement and manage TM1 security (cube, dimension, element, and application-level)

โ€ข Performance tune TM1 models, rules, and feeders to support scalable enterprise workloads

Required Skills & Experience

โ€ข 5+ years of experience in enterprise financial planning systems

โ€ข Strong hands on experience with:

o IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) โ€“ cubes, rules, feeders, TI processes

โ€ข Solid understanding of financial planning and FP&A processes

โ€ข Experience integrating planning systems with ERP, EDW, or cloud data platforms

โ€ข Strong SQL and data analysis skills

โ€ข Ability to work across business and technical teams
