Job description

We're seeking an experienced Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) to drive business development and lead generation for a boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in Tampa. This is a client-first, relationship-driven position where you'll operate with significant independence while collaborating with a small, high-performing team of 9.You'll focus on building referral pipelines, leveraging your network, and developing Centers of Influence (COIs) to fuel sustainable growth. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced advisor approaching retirement or in transition who wants a stable, meaningful role with strong earning potential.Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building
  • Leverage Schwab and Fidelity networks to identify and pursue qualified opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline with strategic partners
  • Develop and nurture Centers of Influence (CPAs, attorneys, business owners, etc.)
  • Provide advisory services and portfolio management to assigned clients
  • Work independently while maintaining collaboration with the in-office team
  • Contribute to a client-first culture focused on long-term relationships

Required QualificationsEducation:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)

Professional Credentials & Experience:Candidates must meet one of the following:

  • SAN eligible with 4+ years as a registered IAR, OR
  • CFP in good standing for 3+ years

Additional Requirements:

  • No disclosures on your public regulatory profile (BrokerCheck/IAPD)
