Compensation:

$167,000 - $202,000 at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to create customized financial strategies tailored to their objectives, timelines, and comfort with risk.
  • Apply RBC Black and Riskalyze platforms to evaluate portfolio performance and support informed investment decisions.
  • Work closely with internal support teams to remain current on market developments, industry trends, and planning strategies.
  • Use MoneyGuidePro to deliver comprehensive, technology-driven financial planning solutions.
  • Assist clients with estate planning and buy/sell agreement coordination, supported by in-house legal resources.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities that strengthen client relationships and improve long-term retention.
  • Take part in continuous professional development and training programs to expand advisory expertise and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial advising, with a focus on personalized financial planning.
  • Proven track record of utilizing RBC Black and Riskalyze tools for effective portfolio management.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with support teams to stay informed on financial trends.
