Looking for User Access Management Analyst with Identity and Access Management background for US region
Experienced Analyst needed to participate as a key team member on IAM projects. The position will be responsible for working with Project Managers, other Analysts, Technical Developers and Business Owners on a variety of projects utilizing their years of experience as a UAM Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Experience with Identity management, Access Management and MFA.
  • Should have experience with end user administration services for Level 1 activities with managing and coordinating account activation, termination, changes, and expiration, and the management of end user resources.
  • Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management including tracking and resolving end-user created Incidents, creating situation reports in case of P1/P2 issues.
  • Would be responsible for Proactive monitoring and automation of IDAM solution
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including reading debug logs and finding failure points.
  • Ability to track problems to root cause and resolve the same.
  • Experience with AD administration.
  • Responsible for leading interactive requirements gathering sessions with business team members, documenting information and working with IT team members and Project Managers
  • Ability to successfully work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with Identity and Access Manger concepts of reconciliations, provisioning and password management
  • Must have strong written & clear verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives and various accounting personnel, either in person or over the phone
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and proficiently
  • Time management skills with the flexibility to work overtime as needed and when warranted
