Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to spearhead large-scale, complex IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IAM principles, with a proven track record in managing Active Directory and enterprise infrastructure projects.

This role demands strong people management skills and the ability to significantly accelerate project timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will be instrumental in driving cross-functional collaboration across development, security, infrastructure, and business teams. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-impact, enterprise-wide solutions that align with strategic objectives and meet all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex IAM projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Active Directory and other enterprise infrastructure components related to IAM.
