10+ years in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM program or project management role

  • Experience delivering IAM or PAM initiatives (CyberArk experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience managing consulting engagements (T&M and/or fixed scope).
  • Preferred Experience and certifications
  • Exposure to PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar.
  • Experience in discovery-led or roadmap-driven cybersecurity engagements.
  • Understanding of privileged access lifecycle, onboarding waves, and operational governance.
  • Experience working in large enterprises or regulated environments
  • PMP certifications would be preferred
