Cybersecurity Project Manager (IAM/PAM)- Dallas, TX Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering IAM/PAM projects in large, complex environments.

This role will be responsible for overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM and PAM projects and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with business leaders, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, and governance activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
  • Manage consulting engagements, including Time & Materials (T&M) and fixed-scope projects.
  • Support privileged account onboarding, governance processes, and access lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Track project financials, resource utilization, and contractual deliverables.
  • Manage third-party vendors, partners, and subcontractors involved in project execution.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Project Management, IAM, or PAM program delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering IAM and/or PAM initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity project methodologies and governance practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with consulting engagements and professional services delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, change control, and reporting.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar solutions.
  • Experience with cybersecurity assessments, discovery workshops, and roadmap-driven engagements.
  • Understanding of privileged access lifecycle management, onboarding waves, and operational governance.
  • Experience working within large enterprise or regulated industry environments.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
