  • Manage key cybersecurity initiatives, including:
    • Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation utilizing SailPoint
    • Ongoing deployment and expansion of CrowdStrike
  • Own the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, risk management, execution, and reporting.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive presentations for VP and SVP-level audiences.
  • Perform business analysis activities, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while proactively driving resolution.
  • Take high-level strategic direction and independently execute against project objectives with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technical or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Cybersecurity project experience is required for this role.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive projects forward with limited direction.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing cybersecurity, information security, or enterprise security projects.
  • Prior involvement with IAM solutions such as SailPoint.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security platforms such as CrowdStrike.
  • Experience within the financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Exposure to project management tools such as ServiceNow, Workfront, or similar platforms.
  • PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or related project management certifications are a plus.
Employee Value Proposition
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a major SailPoint IAM implementation supporting a recently merged enterprise environment.
  • Join a collaborative, high-performing team with strong leadership support.
  • Significant visibility across the organization and interaction with executive stakeholders.
  • Growing organization with opportunities for career advancement and long-term professional growth.
