To thrive as an Epic Hyperspace Analyst, you need a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, data analysis, and Epic Systems, typically supported by a bachelor's degree and Epic certification. Familiarity with Epic Hyperspace modules, reporting tools like Clarity or Caboodle, and troubleshooting electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail help analysts collaborate with clinical staff and address complex technical issues.
