AquaLawn, a leading provider of premium lawn care solutions, is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance Team. As a Lawn Maintenance Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the beauty and health of our clients' lawns. Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lawn/landscape team leader in performing lawn or landscape maintenance duties. The lawn team member will mow, trim, blow, edge, weed, perform spring & fall clean-up. The landscape team member will perform most all aspects of the landscape industry including installation, mulching, trimming, grading and hydroseeding.
  • Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, snow blowers and, or plow trucks
  • Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refers clients to the Team Leader as appropriate
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader
  • Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:
  • One year experience in this or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Valid driver's license with minimal points
  • Work independently & with other team members
