SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings are seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives. This role will manage workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and key marketing deliverables. Working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing, the Brand Marketing Coordinator will drive operational excellence and foster alignment across internal and external partners to achieve business objectives and connect with both core fans and growth audiences.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a desire to deepen their understanding of fan audiences.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations

  • Support execution of key marketing initiatives (e.g., Draft, Schedule Release, Brand Campaigns) as defined by the Director, Brand Marketing.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of campaigns across marketing channels and partners.
  • Support Brand Marketing creative request submissions through the organization's project management system, Wrike.
  • Manage Wrike workflows, including project setup, task tracking, and status updates.
  • Track deliverables and deadlines to support campaign execution on time.
  • Own development of media and campaign toolkits with Director oversight.
  • Organize and maintain Brand Marketing team toolkits, templates and process documentation.
  • Manage distribution of campaign assets to media partners and internal channel owners.
  • Lead sweepstakes planning, execution and post-campaign performance recaps.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, results tracking and key learnings documentation.
  • Develop an understanding of the brand and its core and growth audiences, and relevant industry trends to support marketing initiatives and campaign planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase team efficiency.


2. Cross-Functional Communication & Team Enablement

  • Support cross-functional communication through meeting coordination, agenda creation, action-item tracking, and note-taking.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Lead development and distribution of a monthly stakeholder update featuring campaign updates, priorities, results, and learnings.
  • Support knowledge sharing and best practices across the marketing organization.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for creating or learning to create consumer-focused campaigns that deliver impact and resonate in unexpected, meaningful ways.
  • Ability to manage timelines, track deliverables, and proactively follow up on action items.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven understanding of the business imperative around inclusivity and belonging.
  • Growth mindset, empathy, grit, adaptability and resilience demonstrated through prior experiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leveraging Project Management tools (e.g., Wrike) or ability to learn
