Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Skid Steer or Tractor Operator. Through use of a skid steer, the machine operator will assist with the installation of temporary rock drives, debris removal, and sediment removal. We are also looking for experienced tractor operators that could help with street sweeping for residential and commercial job sites. You may utilize vehicles, hand tools, and some equipment to complete your work each day.
Requirements
Duties amp; Functions
Go over the daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.
Assist with loading trucks with proper installation materials.
Always represent Greenrise in a professional manner to customers and homeowners.
Complete all machine work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise quality.
Follow all safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct as instructed.
Communicate effectively with crew leader and fellow crew members.
Achieve daily and weekly goals for your crew’s output.
Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are taken care of and inspected properly.
Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns utilizing the proper chain of command.
Qualifications amp; Standards
Experience operating a skid steer or tractor (required)
Experience pulling a trailer (required)
A valid Georgia driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record (required)
A valid DOT medical card (required)
Ability to listen well and follow directions.
Strong leadership and communication skills working as part of a team.
Commitment to customer service and ability to represent oneself in a professional manner.
Reliable and punctual attendance
Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic ability to read and write legibly.
High character, honesty and integrity essential
Must be able to work independently and with minimal direct supervision at times.
Ability to consistently utilize good judgement and make sound decisions.
Ability to take initiative and proactively seek continued performance improvement.
