Job Description

We're looking for dependable General Laborers to assist with outdoor site and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on position involving sod installation, seeding, stormwater and sediment control, and other physical work at job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation of sediment and stormwater control systems
  • Install erosion control blankets and silt fencing
  • Assist with hydroseeding and hydro mulching
  • Lay sod and assist with seeding yards
  • Assist with soil amendments and site preparation
  • Assist with stormwater and site inspections
  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
  • Follow jobsite safety procedures and instructions
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Perform other general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous construction, landscaping, outdoor labor, or similar experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Heavier materials will be team-lifted or moved using appropriate equipment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Dependable and willing to learn
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
