Job description

Responsibilities of a Hydroseed Foreman
  • Leading, managing, and holding 1-3 employees accountable to complete hydroseed jobs according to design and assigned work orders.
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain a safe & clean job site.
  • Train crew members for development of skills.
Requirements of a Hydroseed Foreman
  • Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends.
  • Strong understanding of hydroseed equipment, materials, and application methods.
  • Possess the ability to work in any weather condition and work all day in a long, physically demanding environment.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • CDL required.
  • 2+ years of experience in hydroseeding, landscaping, erosion control, or related field.
  • Ability to read job plans and follow project specifications.
  • Prior crew leadership for foreman-level experience.

Compensation for a Hydroseed Foreman

Pay: $26 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
