Proficiency in telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and secure communication tools is often required. Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and adaptability are critical soft skills for balancing on-site and virtual responsibilities. These abilities ensure effective patient care, strong team collaboration, and seamless transitions between hybrid work environments.

What type of work schedule and environment can I expect as a Hybrid RN?

As a Hybrid RN, you will typically split your time between on-site patient care and remote work, such as conducting telehealth consultations or handling patient follow-ups from home.
