Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor possesses strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. This position plays a significant role in the overall performance of the Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

         Leading the day-to-day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient service execution.

         Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues through ongoing feedback, training, and hands-on leadership.

         Leading by example on the floor while actively supporting the team during service and anticipating guest and operational needs.

         Upholding Hyatt's service standards and holding the team accountable for delivering exceptional hospitality and consistent execution.

         Monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.

         Ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

         Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance the physical space, improve service flow, and maintain an inviting environment for guests.

         Supporting operational initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership position with expectations to maintain a visible presence on the floor while balancing operational execution, guest engagement, and colleague development.
