Job description

Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of team at The Rooftop Bar at Mission Pacific is North County San Diego's first rooftop dining experience. The menu focuses on Baja-inspired dishes and delicious bites to share, plus a full array of craft cocktails with original recipes from our accomplished team of mixologists.

The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person will be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, in the outdoor weather conditions. This person will act with maturity and behavior that aligns with Hyatt values: Empathy, Respect, Integrity, Inclusion and Experimentation.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50/hr. This position is expected to end around Labor Day 2026.
