Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Installer Foreman to join our team. The installer will be responsible for overseeing and assisting the layout and installation of HVAC systems in commercial settings. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on job sites while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, mount, and secure ductless mini-split HVAC systems in commercial facilities.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Run refrigerant lines, drain lines, and mount air handlers and condensers.
  • Perform pressure testing and evacuation of refrigerant systems.
  • Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on job sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
  • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in HVAC installation, preferably with ductless mini-split systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation practices.
  • Ability to read blueprintsand technical manuals.
  • Experience working in commercial construction environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
