The Opportunity:

Our Client is looking to add an HVAC Project Manager to their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee material procurement and equipment delivery schedules.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial HVAC industry (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
