Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager near Minneapolis, MN We are a growing mechanical contractor in the mid-west. Our management team has over 30 years of mechanical experience. We are a full-service, design-build contractor that works on small and large HVAC/Plumbing projects in MN.

We are looking to add one additional Mechanical Project Manager that can help us work on our current and future projects. This is a permanent position, with career growth and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager: Work on projects from conceptual to close-out Manage multiple projects at a time Handle Scheduling, Budgets, and Client & GC relationships Coordinate with other trades and crews in the field Requirements for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager: Prior HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience Familiarity with estimating, budgeting and client meetings Knowledgeable of MN Plumbing and HVAC Codes and OSHA requirement s Preferred: Local in MN Stable work-history Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar www.mechanicalrecruiters.com
