HVAC Project Manager in San Francisco Bay Area This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractors that works on many of CA's biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects. We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager with 5 or more years of Commercial HVAC Project experience with projects ranging in size from 200k to 30 million.

Responsibilities: Manage schedule, budget, change-orders Attend BIM Coordination meetings with General Contractors Maintain relationship with Subs, GCs, and Owners Requirements: 3+ years of HVAC Project Management experience Preferred: Local in Bay Area Stable work-history Currently working for mechanical contractor Medium to Large Project experience Knowledge working with MS Project, Quickpen, Excel, Navisworks, and BlueBeam Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
