WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In this HVAC Project Engineer role, you'll lead commercial HVAC projects by preparing detailed estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, managing jobs from bid through completion, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining client relationships, tracking budgets and schedules, and actively developing planned maintenance contracts that drive long-term success for both you and the company.

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
  • Proven experience in estimating commercial HVAC equipment projects
  • Sales experience in any field (HVAC sales preferred, not required)
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications include established relationships within commercial construction or property management, experience developing and selling planned maintenance agreements, and strong project management and leadership abilities.
