What You'll Do
As our HVAC Multifamily Superintendent, you will oversee HVAC construction projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage multiple HVAC multifamily construction projects
  • Supervise HVAC installers, technicians, subcontractors, and field personnel
  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure HVAC installations meet plans, specifications, local codes, and company standards
  • Perform quality control inspections and jobsite walkthroughs
  • Troubleshoot project issues and provide timely solutions
  • Communicate with builders, project managers, vendors, and customers
  • Maintain jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
  • Track project progress and meet deadlines
  • Support field teams to ensure successful project completion
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • Previous experience as an HVAC Superintendent, HVAC Foreman, HVAC Project Manager, or Multifamily HVAC Supervisor
  • Experience managing multifamily or commercial HVAC construction projects
  • EPA Universal Certification (Required)
  • NATE Certification (Preferred)
  • ServiceTitan experience (Preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Ability to read construction plans and coordinate multiple projects
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel between project sites
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screenings
  • Ability to work safely in active construction environments
