About the Role
Our HVAC Commercial Construction Division is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical HVAC knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to lead projects while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review, process, and release project submittals
  • Review plans and specifications for commercial HVAC projects
  • Manage material buyouts and ordering
  • Assist with project billing and crew scheduling
  • Attend project scheduling, coordination, and progress meetings
  • Perform site layout for installation and coordination
  • Price change orders and submit RFIs
  • Oversee installation quality assurance and quality control
  • Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, office staff, and field teams
  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
  • Experience with site layout, ductwork, and material takeoffs
  • Computer-literate with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Cost-conscious mindset to keep projects on budget
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC construction
  • Experience reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DMV check
