Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and release project submittals
- Review plans and specifications for commercial HVAC projects
- Manage material buyouts and ordering
- Assist with project billing and crew scheduling
- Attend project scheduling, coordination, and progress meetings
- Perform site layout for installation and coordination
- Price change orders and submit RFIs
- Oversee installation quality assurance and quality control
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, office staff, and field teams
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Experience with site layout, ductwork, and material takeoffs
- Computer-literate with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Cost-conscious mindset to keep projects on budget
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Requirements
