HVAC Project Sales Representative Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: $90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Year 1 OTE: $175K+ | Top Performers: $300K–$400K+ Relocation Assistance: Available About the Role We're looking for an HVAC Project Sales Representative to grow an established portfolio of commercial clients by identifying retrofit, replacement, and system upgrade opportunities. This is a consultative sales role with exceptional earning potential. Responsibilities
