Job description

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers via regular phone communication and scheduled in-person visits.


Develop new dealer accounts by identifying and approaching hunting gear retailers, shooting supply stores, and firearm dealers across target regions.


Actively participate in channel marketing activities, including:

In-store roadshows and demo events

Open house dealer promotions

Dealer staff product trainings etc.


Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM system and assist in tracking dealer performance.

Represent the company at relevant trade shows, hunting expos, and regional shooting events.


Conduct hands-on product testing and evaluations; provide internal teams with field performance feedback and recommendations for improvement.


Support marketing with real-world insights, customer use cases, and product positioning ideas.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in hunting gear, optics, firearms accessories, or outdoor sporting goods.
  • Strong knowledge of the night hunting market and common use cases for thermal imaging scopes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on and comfortable demonstrating technical products.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for dealer visits, events, and shows.
