Job description

The Role

Amphenol Military High Speedis seeking an Executive Assistant to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Endicott, NY. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to executives - managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day business activities. This role requires exceptional discretion and confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and assist with executive meetings, conference calls, lunches, off-site meetings, and special events
  • Help coordinate company vehicle scheduling
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and other business documents as needed
  • Assist in drafting professional correspondence and communications on behalf of leadership
  • Coordinate PO Requisitions between Purchasing and the Controller
  • Order department office supplies
  • Assist with expediting and tracking Capital Appropriation Requests and Lease Forms
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with the highest level of integrity
  • Represent the GM's office with professionalism and discretion
  • Requires some domestic travel (approximately 5%)
  • Other duties as needed

The Person
