Job Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing customer service, technical repair, and warehouse shipping/receiving departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer service, repair, and warehouse teams.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
- Monitor repairing, inventory, shipping and receiving activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of continuously experience in production/manufacturing environment on supervisor or manager position(required).
- Experience of product repairing/RMA process(required)
- Proven experience in a management role with strong supervisory experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
