  • In this role you will partner closely with project managers and finance team members to ensure accurate, timely billing and support the financial health of projects.

Responsibilities include:
  • Processing invoices for assigned department managers
  • Preparing client required documents
  • Coordinating with assigned project managers to monitor status of receivables including posting of corrections, credit memos and write-offs
  • Creating and maintaining projects in the accounting software including project billing terms and budgets
  • Creating and maintaining billing tables
  • Maintaining contact and communication with the assigned project managers
  • Running standard reports
  • Maintaining and organizing files

Some travel may be needed.
The successful candidate will have:
  • An associate's degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, business, or related field

-OR-
  • At least two (2) years of accounting experience with computerized accounting systems and billing processes

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
  • Experience with computerized financial accounting systems
  • Financial management knowledge
  • Experience with the engineering, architectural or construction services
  • Deltek Vision software experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
