Day shift: Thursday-Monday 6am-6pm EST Wednesday - 9AM-4PM EST About the Role Hungryroot is looking for an Outbound Supervisor to join our growing Operations team. The Outbound Supervisor will plan and coordinate shift activities for the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to all FC procedures and documentation. This individual will assist the Operations Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all outbound related activities.

Responsibilities Be a hands on leader and actively engage your team Promote a safe work environment at all times Direct, guide, train, and coach warehouse staff Manage, evaluate and report on fulfillment productivity/efficiency Prepare work schedules and assign work as applicable Ensure all processes and policies are adhered to Proactively recommend improvements to drive quality and productivity Monitor shift performance and KPIs Compile production and personnel statistics into spreadsheets or databases Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Responsible for achieving fulfillment goals, order accuracy, and on-time shipping Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy Communicate and partner with other departments and vendors Approve time in payroll system Qualifications 5+ Years of Fulfillment Experience, with experience in an automated pick environment 5 years leading a team in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptable Continuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen) Demonstrated experience with process improvements, KPI's & financial results Hands-on experience with WMS and/or ERP systems (such as NetSuite) Food & Beverage facility experience is a plus Bachelors' degree preferred/ HS Diploma/GED Required Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation + comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Unlimited vacation policy Monthly Hungryroot credit 401k with Company Match Commuter benefits A working environment filled with passionate, happy, smart people!
