CTL is the leading provider of debt capital and banking services for the commercial real estate industry, serving operators nationwide with tailored financing solutions for acquisition and refinancing. With over 1,000 employees across the U.S., CTL delivers a full suite of banking services through locally based experts and personalized service.
CTL is seeking a talented Project Management (PM) Associate to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the Co-Head of CTL and Project Management Director of Sales to drive operational excellence and lead strategic initiatives. You will provide advanced analytical and administrative support while coordinating cross-functional projects that enhance productivity and communication across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Head of CTL, making decisions, crafting communications, and advocating for team priorities
  • Promote transparent and effective information flow between leadership and key departments
  • Actively drive meeting discussions and ensure team perspectives are recognized
  • Manage projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
  • Prepare, organize, and coordinate briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
  • Gather, analyze, and present project data and insights to inform decision-making
  • Maintain comprehensive records from meetings and translate discussions into actionable items
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and recommend solutions
  • Track key metrics, sales, and technology initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Provide ad hoc project support as needed
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to deliver executive-level support, including managing schedules, travel logistics, expense reporting, and coordinating meetings and events

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and dynamic environments
  • Strong judgment and capability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience influencing outcomes, driving change, and delivering results in complex environments
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in project management, events management, or a leadership role
  • Strong background in administrative support, managing executive-level tasks
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starter, and ability to work independently, Able to manage multiple priorities and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 3+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operational leadership (financial services/mortgage banking preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience in chief of staff, communications, or administrative roles
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or related discipline
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate or financial services industry
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent design software
  • Experience with project management software and designing SharePoint sites
