Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8 AM -5 PM

Overview:

Seeking a Laboratory Operations Project Management Associate to support our client’s operations team with relevant industry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and accurately submit R&D Operations work orders
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking work order data based on input from the Facilities team
  • Support budget management by submitting and tracking purchase order requests
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management for the R&D team, including proactive follow‑up on work orders and invoices
  • Assist with maintaining and updating asset lists and inventory tracking tools
  • Communicate regularly with Operations and Facilities teams regarding task status and project workloads
  • Participate in routine operations meetings, document meeting minutes, and coordinate follow‑up meetings as needed
     

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles, tools, and processes, including timeline, cost, and risk management
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in common business and project systems, including Microsoft Office and SAP
  • High attention to detail with experience managing and maintaining accurate data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and demonstrate leadership when needed
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities and evolving business needs
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge
