Professional Services Group is now hiring for the Supervised Visitation program in Outagamie County!Are you looking for a meaningful part-time position that can make a difference in others' lives? Do you want to gain valuable experience in the human services field while helping families in your community? Join our team at Professional Services Group! We are a dynamic and innovative social services organization dedicated to helping families achieve their greatest potential.JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Supervised Parenting Time program with Outagamie County, where you will play a vital role in providing court-ordered supervision for children placed in temporary foster care and their families. As the Supervised Visitation Worker, you will arrange and supervise visits, observe interactions, and transport children to and from visits when necessary.This is an ideal position for both experienced professionals and individuals new to the field. Current students exploring the human services field and seeking flexible hours are welcome to apply!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISED VISITATION WORKER:Utilize knowledge of child development to conduct safe, supervised visits with family members. Visits must be positive and interactive.Monitor child/family interaction during visitation.Redirect families and provide feedback, as needed.Safely transport individuals to and from visits.Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.Provide documentation within established timeframes.LOCATION: Appleton, WI. Local travel is required to transport and monitor client visits, with mileage reimbursement.SCHEDULE: Part-time 20 hours per week during evenings/afterschool and minimally every other weekend.
