Job description

Job Purpose
Hiring Production Control Panner for Houston, TX! This role will assist with the administration of more complex projects, monitor and schedule the flow of materials, components, assemblies, and inventory. This role will perform detailed inventory analyses and addresses the problems in an effort to keep system data accuracy high, excess inventory minimized, and manufacturing plans on schedule.
Job Description
  • Enters and releases mileston sales and service orders at the direction of the Project Manager for complex/large projects.
  • Determines the sources of the components to make or to buy per current operation sourcing strategy and enters into the system.
  • Maintains and updates the manufacturing execution plan for assigned projects.
  • Reports manufacturing status to the Project Team.
  • Coordinates with Engineering Class 1&2 ECNs as they affect inventory and schedules.
  • May handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Minitors the flow of inventory throughout projects.
  • Generally assists manufacturing areas in prioritzation efforts
  • Analyzes supply and demand of inventory and long-lead parts and takes corrective actions as needed to alleviate schedule impacts or excess inventory.
  • Analyzes and corrects excess supply orders in the ERP system.

You are meant for this job if:
  • Bachelor's degree OR 2 years of relevant experience.
