InGenesis is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to work with our client. In this role, you will provide general administrative and technical support for various human resources functions.

Job Duties
  • Provides general support to clients and department staff members.
  • Assists in gathering and compiling data for the preparation of various activities and HR reports.
  • Processes or explains forms to employees and applicants.
  • Performs employment verifications and/or prior state service verifications.
  • Processes pre-employment paperwork and badges with new employees.
  • Provides front desk reception.
  • Assists recruiters with clerical activities.
  • Provides backup on human resources management or financial systems.
  • Responds to general questions in compliance with policies.
  • Assists with the preparation of general procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and customer service.
