• Experience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with case management systems and handling HR inquiries
• Proficiency utilizing HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now) and Excel for reporting and analytics
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Benefits & Retirement Plan Administration
• Monitor weekly feeds, maintain documentation, and resolve discrepancies with benefit vendors and ADP.
• Perform quarterly reconciliations for Benefits enrollment and payroll, including documentation and issue resolution.
• Prepare census reports and manage periodic data requests.
• Compile and validate files for annual non-discrimination testing for 401(k), HSA, and FSA plans.
• Support annual Department of Labor (Form 5500) reporting.
• Prepare, organize, and manage documentation for annual 401(k) audit requirements.
2. HR Shared Services & Tier 1 Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 HR support, addressing a wide range of associate inquiries across core HR functions, processes, and policies.
• Provide accurate, timely responses to HR questions using the Deskpro case management system.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to escalate and resolve complex or specialized issues.
• Perform data validations and support resolution of system or process issues.
• Review and approve job descriptions for alignment with Job Architecture standards.
3. HRIS, Data Integrity & System Enhancements
• Partner with IT and HRIS teams on data validation, system testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain HRIS modules, system tables, workflows, and business processes.
• Conduct periodic reviews of system access and security controls for HR vendors to maintain compliance and safeguard associate information.
• Perform quarterly validation of new states for Workers’ Compensation compliance.
4. Reporting, Analytics & Compliance
• Produce and maintain clear, accurate HR reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using analytical software such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support data driven decision making.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics to support issue resolution, leadership requests, and first paycheck-of-year audits.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests across HR functions.
• Generate quarterly Rewards & Recognition (R&R) reports for leadership and monthly reports for the Associate Experience team.
