In collaboration with our valued business partners, we deliver new product development (NPI) strategies for product commercialization and provide solutions in the medical, industrial, defense, and renewable energy industries. The Opportunity: HR Coordinator
Your Role: As the HR Coordinator, you will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a stable environment, and comfortable with being an individual contributor.
Essential Functions:
  • Provide daily support to the HR team, including the Manager, Generalists, and Administrator
  • Handle daily timekeeping tasks in FactoryTrack to ensure correct job allocation
  • Assists in creating and running ad hoc reports for various department requests
  • Assists the recruiting process by scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-screening calls as needed
  • Is able to assist on payroll processing as needed
  • Facilitates the occupational physician schedule to manager pre-employment appointments
  • Maintains accurate employee files according to department folder protocols, and ensures HRIS data is correct
  • Process job changes, salary adjustments, and other employee changes as needed
  • Response to general support inquiries for all employees as needed, under the direction of the HR Manager
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned.
Reports To: Human Resource Manager
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator position or similar
  • Attention to detail
