Job description

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Fresno! This is a hands-on role supporting our operations teams, including warehouse associates, drivers, technicians, and facility leadership. You'll serve as the primary People Team partner for our Fresno facility while also providing remote support to our Brooklyn operations. You'll partner closely with managers to recruit great people, navigate employee relations, support employees throughout their lifecycle, and help build an engaged, high-performing culture across both locations.
Please note: This is a fully onsite role based at our Fresno facility, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
What you'll do
Recruiting & Hiring
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and operations roles across our Fresno and Brooklyn facilities, from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
  • Build relationships with staffing agencies and community partners to support hiring needs.

Employee Relations & Manager Support
  • Serve as a trusted People Team partner for employees and managers across our Fresno and Brooklyn operations.
  • Coach managers through employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, and corrective action.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and workplace concerns.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture across both facilities.

HR Operations
  • Coordinate onboarding and facilitate a seamless new hire experience for employees in Fresno and Brooklyn.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Assist with leave administration, accommodations, unemployment claims, and other HR processes.
What we're looking for
Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably supporting hourly or operations-based workforces.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of California employment law; experience supporting multi-state employees, including New York, is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; Rippling experience is a plus.
Why Revivn?
  • You'll make a direct impact on a growing business that's helping create a more sustainable future.
  • You'll work closely with leaders who value partnership, ownership, and practical problem solving.
  • You'll have the opportunity to shape the employee experience at one of our fastest-growing facilities.
  • You'll join a collaborative team that moves quickly, supports one another, and isn't afraid to roll up its sleeves.

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don't meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a good match, we'd still love the chance to review your application.
We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. Revivn does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
The base range for the role is expected to be between $80,000-90,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
