We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Reporting directly to the CFO, the HR Manger will be responsible for recruiting, compensation, maintaining policies and procedures, employee relations, benefits, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have industry-related experience, strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in communication and effective leadership and organizational abilities.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with storage and retention requirements.
  • Serve as a consultant and advisor to other organizational leaders on human resources related issues.
  • Develop clear, accurate, and comprehensive job descriptions tailored to each position.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that new employees receive the necessary training, resources, and support to begin their roles effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees, providing constructive feedback and goals.
  • Collaborate with the safety team and act as a liaison to address safety concerns and report hazards.
  • Regularly solicit feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and to provide coaching.
  • Implement programs to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and dedication.
  • Participate in the interview, selection, hiring, and onboarding process of new employees.
  • Maintain relationships with benefits providers and ensure employees are well-informed of options.


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business administration, or closely related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible human resources experience.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Exceptional communication abilities both verbal and written.
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


Position offers a competitive salary between $95,000 - $115,000 with generous employee benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Sick Time, and 401(k) with Company match.
