Job Description:
Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Supervisor
The HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is a rotational program where participants dive into high-impact projects that drive innovation, elevate organizational performance, and champion a culture of inclusion and excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Supports the development and implementation of organizational design models that align with business strategies
  • Champions automation and technology solutions to enhance HR operations
  • Leverages AI and emerging technologies to support strategic HR initiatives
  • Leads and supports HR operations and COEs, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals
  • Partners with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement talent strategies
  • Manages complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and apply advanced problem-solving skills to drive clarity, make informed decisions, and deliver effective solutions in complex situations

Knowledge and Skills
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with HR data and reporting tools, including familiarity with AI tools used in HR (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Pymetrics, etc.)
  • Proven ability to analyze current organizational structures and provide recommendations for improving efficiency
  • Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new information and apply knowledge
  • Exhibits strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
  • Shows knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Demonstrates ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (such as Power Bi & Excel): experience with HRIS systems preferred
  • Shows ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Maintains commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have completed a master's degree within the past two years. Preferred study: Business, Human Resources, Organizational Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business Analytics
  • Must have 0-3 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles)
  • Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
  • Must be willing and available to report to the UPS Corporate Office in Atlanta on a daily basis
