Are you a Human Resources student looking to get real-world experience and see how HR operates beyond the classroom? This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the day-to-day work that keeps a company running—from hiring and onboarding to compliance and employee support.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an HR Intern, you’ll be involved in meaningful work that supports our employees and HR team. You’ll:

  • Help organize and maintain employee records
  • Support our hiring process by reviewing application reviews and participating in interviews
  • Assist with onboarding by creating welcome packets and documentation
  • Collect and verify new hire paperwork
  • Track important compliance documents (including I-9s and related forms)
  • Assist with employee questions and day-to-day HR needs
  • Jump in on additional projects and tasks to gain well-rounded HR experience
