Job description

Purpose of the position

This HR position focuses on comprehensive recruitment and HR process management during the factory - setup phase, ensuring full - scale local hiring. It provides HR services to US and China teams, covering policy - making, cultural adaptation, and legal compliance regarding US labor laws. The role also involves employee relations management, creating a positive workplace, executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, and conducting HR data analysis to aid management in decision - making.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieve 100% local recruitment during the initial factory setup phase.

2. Handle local reception and provide logistical support for business travelers.

3. Conduct data analysis and tracking to provide professional support for decision - makers in the factory.

4. Offer HR support to U.S. and China teams, covering policy development and cultural adaptation. Manage policy compliance and system optimization.

5. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to foster a positive work environment.

Education and work experience

• At least 3 years of HR management experience.

• Effective organization and time management to complete recruitment tasks on time.

• Ensure work is completed in line with set guidelines and business objectives.

• Compliance with U.S. labor laws, particularly in Texas.

• Respectful and courteous communication with team members.

• Effective time management and regular updates to supervisors on work progress.

• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision and adapt to changes with improvement suggestions.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field. Preference for candidates who understand both U.S. and Chinese cultures.

• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

• Relevant HR certifications. Five years of experience in manufacturing or related industries. New plant setup experience is preferred.

Supervision

• This position has 1 direct supervisor.

Working conditions

· Office-based role, fast-paced work environment

· This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

Skills:

· Comprehensive understanding of the HR management system.

· Proficient in using office software.

· Fluent in both Chinese and English.

· Manufacture of products background is a plus.
