Pay Rate: Dependent on Experience
Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm

Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will oversee the DSPA team member
journey from recruiting and hiring to scheduling reviews and documenting continuing career
paths. The HR Generalist will be an advocate for our company culture and work with all
department leaders on initiatives to grow the team.


Responsible for all hiring processes including job postings, career fairs, interview scheduling
and on boarding
Maintain and administer company benefits
Provide an environment to receive confidential feedback from employees and aid them in
resolution
Maintain the company policies manual and standard operating procedures and make sure
they are reviewed annually
Be a champion of our core values and company culture to aid in employee retention
Qualifications:
2+ years in human resources with a demonstration of employee relation skills, on boarding
and knowledge of state and federal law compliance
Proficient in computer software programs including Microsoft office or Google Worksuite
Knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks, preferred
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized
Energetic personality
