Now Hiring: Human Resource Director

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8hr shift | $75-$85K based off experience

As a Human Resource Director at Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. With your expertise, you will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage a diverse workforce, aligning with the organization's mission and values
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
• Design and deliver employee training programs, focusing on professional development and growth
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts promptly and fairly
• Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor relations, employee data protection, and workers' compensation
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives, aligning with business objectives
• Analyze and report on HR metrics, providing insights to inform organizational decisions

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in HR management in long term care strongly preferred.
