Le ou la Généraliste en ressources humaines soutient les opérations de l'usine en offrant un accompagnement aux gestionnaires et aux employés dans l'ensemble des activités liées aux ressources humaines.

Principales responsabilités:
  • Gérer le recrutement et l'intégration des nouveaux employés.
  • Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les politiques RH, les relations de travail et la gestion de la performance.
  • Assurer la gestion des dossiers employés, des mouvements de personnel et des activités administratives RH.
  • Coordonner les activités de formation et de développement.
  • Soutenir les initiatives de santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Veiller au respect des lois du travail, des politiques internes et des procédures de l'entreprise.
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et aux initiatives d'engagement des employés.
Exigences:
  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe.
