Job summary: The human resources technician will have the primary responsibility for recruiting. The human resources technician must be able to replace the human resources technician in his or her duties, particularly when it comes to scheduling, labor relations, training and performance management. Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Performs the entire staffing process. Establish partnerships with various organizations or schools. Improve the employer brand Welcomes new employees. 2. Other human resources aspects: Performs the work schedule of employees in accordance with the clauses of collective agreements. Participate in the management of labor relations Keeping monitoring tables or statistics up to date. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, including the Accreditation Canada process. Perform any other related task at the request of the immediate superior. Requirements: Hold a DEC or AEC in human resources or a related field. Have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources management mainly in staffing. Have a very good command of French and English (oral and written). Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing work environment. Having experience in the health field is an asset.
